Adobe has unveiled new AI agent tools that help automate marketing and sales processes. The Adobe Experience Agent Orchestrator, announced at the Adobe Summit, can manage multiple AI agents working with customer data. According to SiliconANGLE, Adobe released ten pre-built “Experience Agents” that perform specialized tasks like evaluating sales leads, optimizing audience segments, and generating marketing materials. The company also introduced Brand Concierge, described as the first AI agent that can interact with consumers across multiple channels on behalf of brands. Analyst Liz Miller noted that Adobe is now focusing on “using the technology to drive business outcomes,” particularly highlighting the Sites Optimizer agent which can identify and fix website issues in real time.
