Adobe has released a new set of artificial intelligence agents designed specifically for business to business (B2B) marketing professionals. These agents aim to automate complex sales processes by helping companies identify key decision makers and manage marketing campaigns.
According to a report by Silicon Angle, the new tools address the unique challenges of B2B sales, where purchasing decisions often involve multiple people within a buying committee. Adobe says these agents are designed to navigate these intricate buying journeys.
The new offerings, available in the Adobe Experience Platform, include several specialized agents. The Audience Agent analyzes customer data to identify influential buyers and important buying groups. Another tool, the Journey Agent, then creates and manages marketing campaigns across various channels like email and web. A Data Insights Agent also generates analytics to help marketing teams understand customer interactions.
Adobe plans to release more agents soon. An upcoming Account Qualification Agent will help evaluate new sales prospects, while a Brand Concierge will use a chatbot to engage with potential customers on a company’s website.
Liz Miller of Constellation Research told Silicon Angle that the complexity of B2B sales makes it an ideal area for AI. She said the agents can cut through large amounts of data to help marketers understand what customers actually need. Cisco Systems also reported that the agents help them personalize customer experiences and accelerate sales.
