Midjourney launches personalization features with moodboards

Midjourney has introduced new personalization features to its AI image generation platform, including Pinterest-style moodboards and multiple custom model profiles. According to Carl Franzen at VentureBeat, these updates aim to enhance creative workflows for the platform’s 19 million users. The moodboard feature allows users to upload collections of inspirational images that influence the AI’s output style. The company has also simplified the model customization process, reducing the required image ratings from 200 to 40 for initial profile creation. Users can now name their profiles, set defaults, and track images associated with specific styles. Midjourney founder David Holz announced these updates on Discord, emphasizing their goal to make personalization more accessible for various creative applications.
