HubSpot opens Agent Hub and Agent Builder to enterprise teams

HubSpot has launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta for Professional and Enterprise customers. Dom Nicastro reports for CMSWire that the tools provide one workspace for building, monitoring and coordinating AI agents across marketing, sales and customer service.

The launch addresses a growing problem for companies using several automated assistants. Separate agents can act on the same customer without seeing each other’s work. HubSpot cites the example of a sales prospecting agent contacting an account while a service agent is handling an unresolved complaint from that same customer.

Agent Hub gives teams a central dashboard showing the live status and performance of active agents. Agent Builder allows users to create custom agents by describing a task in plain language through HubSpot’s Breeze Assistant. The system can use existing customer information, including contact records, deal history and buying signals.

From isolated tasks to coordinated work

Users can connect agents, workflows and triggers on a single canvas. Agents can start work on a schedule, through webhooks, or after events in third party tools. HubSpot says shared customer context should help teams apply more consistent business rules across different customer touchpoints.

Ignite Reading, a virtual literacy tutoring provider, used the platform to build an agent that finds and processes school district academic calendars. According to HubSpot, the work previously took 15 to 20 minutes for each district and now takes seconds. The company says the automation saves more than 350 hours annually.

The beta is part of HubSpot’s broader push to position its CRM as an agentic customer platform. The company has recently expanded its AI products and acquired companies including Dashworks, XFunnel and Warmly. For content, sales and service teams, the central question will be whether a shared agent workspace reduces manual handoffs without introducing new governance risks.
