Apple is planning a gradual rollout of new AI features for iOS 18. According to a report by Joe Rossignol on MacRumors, the first “Apple Intelligence” features will be available with iOS 18.1 in October. More features will follow with iOS 18.2 in December, including expansion to more English-speaking countries and new tools like Image Playground and Genmoji. Integration of ChatGPT with Siri is also expected by the end of the year. Major enhancements like contextual Siri responses, however, are not expected until iOS 18.4 in March 2025.
