The tool enables creators to animate photos with movement, atmospheric effects, and ambient sounds. Users can access the feature through the Story Camera by selecting a photo from their Story Album. TikTok emphasizes that the technology includes multiple safety measures, including AI moderation that reviews both the uploaded photo and the final video. All AI Alive content will be labeled as AI-generated and will contain C2PA metadata, ensuring transparency even when content is shared on other platforms. The feature aims to enhance storytelling and creative expression for TikTok’s billion-plus users.
