The platform will feature a library of customizable AI agents for various tasks, including employee onboarding and project management. The integration includes security measures through a “trust layer” that manages sensitive information and ensures compliance. The AI agents will only access information that users have permission to see, maintaining data governance standards. The launch is part of Salesforce’s Agentforce 2.0 release, positioning both companies in the competitive enterprise AI market.
