James Cameron joins board of Stability.ai

James Cameron, director of blockbusters like Avatar and Titanic, has joined the board of directors of Stability.ai. The company develops the Stable Diffusion AI model for image and video generation. Cameron sees great potential in the combination of generative AI and CGI for filmmaking.

Furthermore, Andy Serkis, known for his motion capture roles, is also working on AI-based film projects.
