HP has launched a new lineup of AI-powered computers at CES 2025, including laptops and desktop workstations. As reported by Dean Takahashi, the announcement was made during AMD and Intel press events. The flagship HP EliteBook Ultra G1i features Intel’s new Core Ultra processors and can deliver 48 TOPS of AI performance. The 14-inch laptop weighs 2.63 pounds and includes advanced features like a 9MP camera and quad speakers for enhanced video conferencing. For professional users, HP unveiled the Z2 Mini G1a Workstation, powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI Max Pro processor. This compact desktop computer offers up to 16 CPU cores and 128GB of unified memory, capable of handling intensive AI and graphics tasks locally. The company also introduced the ZBook Ultra 14-inch G1a mobile workstation, featuring AMD’s latest processor technology and the ability to assign up to 96GB of RAM to GPU tasks.
