Anthropic has launched Claude Marketplace, a new platform that gives enterprise customers access to third-party tools built on its Claude AI models. Emilia David reports for VentureBeat that the marketplace currently features products from companies including GitLab, Harvey, Lovable, Replit, Rogo and Snowflake.
The platform is designed to simplify procurement. Enterprises with an existing Anthropic spending commitment can apply part of that budget toward partner tools without managing separate invoicing for each vendor. Anthropic handles billing centrally.
The marketplace is currently in limited preview. Interested enterprises need to contact their Anthropic account team to gain access.
Anthropic positions the partner tools as complementary to Claude rather than replacements for it. A company spokesperson stated: “Harvey isn’t just Claude with a legal prompt. It’s a purpose-built platform built for how legal teams actually work.” The company describes Claude as “the intelligence layer” and its partners as “the product.”
The launch comes as rival OpenAI operates its own App Directory within ChatGPT, introduced in December 2025, though its enterprise uptake remains unclear.
Analysts note the marketplace could help enterprises bypass lengthy internal software approval processes. The central challenge for Anthropic, however, is adoption. Many launch partners already serve enterprise clients through direct APIs and existing integrations, meaning some customers may see little reason to switch channels.
